In 1966, young chemistry student and avid surfer, Charlie Mahggls, invented Charlie's Cool Stuff Wax which he sold out of the back of his beat-up VW bus. Today, Charlie’s Cool Stuff Wax has expanded far beyond just surfboard waxes. It manufactures over 200 different waxes for automobiles, boats, airplanes, floors, furniture and more.
The Problem
For thirty-three years, Cool Stuff Wax orders were processed by hand; generating invoices one at a time. But once the Charlie's Cool Stuff Wax website was up and running, this method created a number of billing problems. Invoicing ran two to three months behind. Management realized that without a vehicle for online payment, they were losing a fortune on C.O.D.s and delayed payment for orders they couldn't collect.

Using NetPay™, Mahggls Commercial Products Division solved the problem of non-payment immediately. Customers placing an order online are transferred to a secure server and can pay instantly with a credit card, debit card or a virtual check. Mahggls employees taking phone orders can also access this site to secure payment before processing phone orders.
