As Mahggls Industries, Inc. grew so did Charlie’s net worth. Charlie put his profits into undervalued stocks of businesses that provided products and or services that Charlie used and understood. His strategy was so successful he decided to start yet another subsidiary of Mahggls Industries, Inc., a mutual fund family named Blue Chimp Stocks.

When data is transmitted to us electronically, NetMonitor™ automatically emails a pre-determined group (in this case, the project engineer, senior engineer, customer service representative, sales director, and specific Blue Chimp Stock representatives) that the file has arrived. The email provides basic file information such as number of records, total dollar amount, etc., so that a fast audit can be done that the file appears to be correct.
After the file has been processed, another NetMonitor can be sent containing an Internet link to a viewing page. This allows Blue Chimp Stock representatives to view the documents EXACTLY as they will print and mail, fax, or post to the Internet. The NetMonitor alert, file, and viewing capability are automatically processed and generally provided within 5 to 30 minutes of our receiving the file, depending on its size. If the data is not received when expected, NetMonitor can also alert the same group or others that the file is not in so that the problem can be investigated and corrected.View an online demonstration of our NetMonitor service
Blue Chimp Stocks also has their statement data archived on CD-ROMs using our DataShield™ service. This allows them to safely store their data offsite in case of a system failure. Because we place the information on the CDs as raw data, we are able to store as much as ten times more data (often more than 500,000 pages on one CD-ROM) than if we converted PDF files as other companies do. The records are searchable using multiple criteria (name, account number, zip code, social security number, etc.) and the statements look just like their printed version.

This unique service automates this once time consuming process and allows receipt confirmation via the Internet. With a click of the mouse, they can see which letters have been successfully delivered and signed for and which are still outstanding.
