With ProducTrac, the registration cards are still filled out by the doctor and patient and then sent to us where the cards are scanned and then the information is data entered by our team into a database. This database of patient surgery information is then accessible to Perfect Eyes Inc. 24 hours per day. Since it is on the Internet, they are able to access the information no matter where they are. The original cards are also accessible to be looked at on the Internet as well, so no more looking through boxes and boxes of cards to find out where the patient lives or which eye the surgery was done for or which doctor performed the surgery. It is all at their fingertips on the computer.
