its customer service. In the past,
if a customer complained of not receiving a renewal statement, the customer
service representative would enter a request to the Accounting Department to
send a new one. This was
cumbersome, costly, time consuming and slow. With the new system, the representative just enters the member’s
name or account number into their PC to call up the image of the statement.
With a single click, they can e-mail or fax a copy of the statement
directly to the customer, or print a copy locally for mailing. View

Not only has payment lag time improved, but Sandcastle Wholesale saves
